Sleep consulting

Rest for your little one. Support for you.

Personalized sleep support that starts from where your child is in their development — and from what your family is actually comfortable with.

For the nights that still aren't working

Relax — I've got this.

The approach

Personalized, not prescribed.

Sleep support built around your child's development — and around your family's comfort level.

No two babies develop on the same schedule, and no two families want the same thing at two in the morning. So this starts from where your child is right now, and from what you are and aren't willing to do. Then we build something you can keep going with at three in the morning, when nobody is at their best.

You don't have to have it figured out before you get in touch. That's what the first conversation is for.

Four children of my own, and a decade of this work.

Sleep is the part that undoes people — not because they're doing it wrong, but because nobody can keep it up alone for long.

While you're sorting the nights

You still have to get through the day.

Sleep is only half of it. You're healing, you're feeding, and you're making decisions on four hours of broken sleep.

Overnight newborn support means someone else is awake for the two o'clock feed, so you can sleep while you recover — and so dad gets supported too, while the whole family adjusts to the new normal.

That's the doula side of this practice: postpartum doula care and overnight newborn support.

The first step

Book a consultation.

You don't have to know what you need yet. How old your baby is and what's hardest — one sentence is enough.
